Return & Refund Policy

At PotliCart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Items like feeding bottles, breast pumps, and personal care products cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

Refund Process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product and place a new order.
